How did Katie create this look?

SKIN - Any makeup starts with skin and I prepped Abby's with my favorite Dermalogica Daily Resurfacer pouch and followed with a generous amount of their skin smoothing cream.

BASE - My favorite Giorgio Armani Fluid Sheer for a luminous base and Luminous Silk Foundation. Tom Ford Shade and Illuminate palette for slight contour.

LIGHTNING - Created with a MAC gel liner in blacktrack and finished off with MAC penultimate eyeliner in black. I used my favorite Zoeva angled brush for sharp application. Finished off with Laura Mercier Faux Lash Mascara in Black.

Lips MAC Lady Danger applied for a lipstick finish and a deliberate mid depth for the Black and White photography.

Black nails by a new favorite brand Kester Black. Check them out for a vegan nail option!

CIRCULAR LINER - Created with a MAC Kohl liner for flexibility along the curve of the socket line. Lash line strengthened again with Penultimate eyeliner.

Nails stick on from Henry Holland.GLOSS - Clean eye this time to draw attention to an overdrawn glossy lip.

MAC Lipstick in 'SIN' follows the application of their Prep and Primer lip primer and finished off with a generous smear of MAC Lipglass.

LASHES - Criss Cross lashes achieved by an unusual placement of Ardell Single Lashes. The best tip is to not over think it...

Lips here again featuring lipstick in 'SIN'and lip primer - highlight has been created by light this time and not gloss.

SMOKEY EYE - Waterproof MAC Modern Twist Kajal Liner in 'SQUID' applied firstly to the upper and lower waterline.  Charlotte Tilbury 'Rock n Kohl' eyeliner then applied to the lash lines and buffed out accordingly.

Charlotte Tilbury Kim K lipstick has also been sparingly applied to take out any visible shade for a nude lip finish.
