"How to achieve this look" by Liselotte
The beauty story is based on the ongoing “nude” makeup trend. The “nude” makeup trend however doesn’t necessarily mean going bare faced. There is a whole spectrum of trends within the nude spectrum that is being explored this season. Small statements with a big effect. Often the focus is on one key feature; lips, blusher, bronzer, highlighter or a touch of shimmer. It's a subtle way to add dimension and textural interest to the face.
Seeing this is a beauty based on the nude trend the skin is very important in this story. Therefore I used different primers and/or moisturizers depending on the desired effect. Like Nars Radiance Primer, Dior Capture Youth Glow Booster serum and Charlotte’s Magic Cream.
For the base I used different foundations depending on the look, like MAC Next to Nothing Face Colour, MAC Waterweight Foundation, Nars All Day Luminous Weightless Foundation, Charlotte Tilburry’s Hollywood Flawless Filter Complexion Booster or Light Wonder Foundation.
For the “Bronzer” trend I used the Diorskin Nude Air Tan Bronzer in 002 – Ambre and the Dior Nude Air Luminizer in 003.
For the “Inner corner highlight” trend I mixed MAC Cosmetics Pigments in Vanilla and Reflects Gold.
For the “Highlighter” trend I used Tom Ford Skin Illuminating Powder Duo in de kleur 01- Moonlight.
For the “Blusher” trend I used Le Blush Creme De Chanel in nr 65 - Affinité van Chanel
For the “ Lip” trend I used MAC Cosmetics Prep+Prime Lip and Chanel Rouge Allure Velvet Lipstick in nr 65 - L’Aristocratica.
For the “Nude all over trend” I used MAC Cosmetics Cream Colour Base in Tint on the eyes and Amplified Lipstick in Blankety mixed with Cream Colour Base in Tint, both MAC Cosmetics.
