#2 Apply Makeup For Ever Aqua Xl Cream Color in Ultramarine Blue all over the eyelid and then put Sugarpill Eyeshadow in Royal Sugar Loose on top for the strong matte effect. Then using NARS Pure Matte Lipstick in Vesuvio, paint entire lips. Lastly use black string to add graphic effect.
#3 Start using Tom Ford High Definition Eyeliner in Moss and OCC Cosmetics Color Pencil in Anime, draw the lashes and make the faux eyelash effect, later stick the pink string on the eyebrows.
#4 Cut the photo color gel into desired shape and stick on to the face using lash glue.
#5 Using Dior Contour in Red Smile for the base color on the eyes. Next, use Dior 5 Couleuers in 757 Inflame to achieve the strong color. Lastly, apply the string on the eyebrows for the brow effect.
